本研究旨在探討大專校院聽障生人際關係、自我概念與手語翻譯需求程度之相關性情形,主要之研究目的如下: 一、了解目前大專校院聽障生人際關係、自我概念與手語翻譯需求程度的現況。 二、探討大專校院聽障生人口統計變項在手語翻譯需求程度間之差異情形。 三、探討大專校院聽障生人際關係、自我概念與手語翻譯需求程度的相關情形。 本研究採用問卷調查法,針對中部地區31所大專校院聽障生進行普測,並採用變異數分析、典型相關性與迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析作業,回答研究問題。 研究結果發現: 一、大專校院聽障生對手語翻譯有顯著性的高需求程度。 二、在人口統計變項上大專校院聽障生的性別在手語翻譯需求程度上未達顯著差 異;畢業高中學校類型在手語翻譯需求程度則達顯著差異。 三、大專校院聽障生人際關係與手語翻譯需求程度、自我概念與手語翻譯需求程 度皆呈現顯著的相關性。 最後依據研究發現,提供政府單位在制訂相關聽障生政策時之建議。
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among interpersonal relationships, self-conceptions and the needs of sign language interpretations for hearing-impaired students in university, the main purpose of the study are as follow: 1. To understand the current states about interpersonal relationships,self-conceptions and the needs of sign language interpretation for hearing-impaired students in university 2.To explore colleges listen impaired demographic variables differences between the degree of sign language translation needs. 3.To explore the co-relation among interpersonal relationships,self-conceptions and the needs of sign language interpretation for hearing-impaired students in university In this study questionnaire survey was used, the subjects are hearing-impaired students from 31 universities in the central region of Taiwan ,using Canonical Analysis , ANOVA and other statistical methods to analyze the data. The results showed that: 1.the study showed that the demanding of sign language interpretation from hearing-impaired students is high. 2.the correlation between needs of sign language interpretation and gender is low. The difference between needs of sign language interpretation and the type of hign school is significant. 3. the correlation between needs of sign language interpretation and Interpersonal relationships is hight; The correlation between needs of sign language interpretation and self conceptions are high. This research result will be provided when government formulating the policy in related to hearing impairment.
