探討河內工作場所室內環境品質與工作滿意度的關係

本項研究欲探討室內環境品質(IEQ)之優劣是否影響河內上班族對其工作的滿意程度。對此，這項研究針對上班族之工作種類與其室內環境品質 (IEQ)的滿意度做出了調查，並預估兩者之間的關係。本研究數據運用谷歌(Google)問卷進行網路蒐集，並通過 Spss20.0 之軟件進行數據分析與實證研究。此項研究總計發放 500 份問卷予河內市共二十區之員工，其中 400 份為有效問卷。問卷調查結果顯示，此項報告的假設是成立的，說明室內環境品質對員工的工作滿意度有顯著的影響。其中，以環境的熱舒適程度之影響最為顯著。此研究發現，員工每週工作之時數也對其滿意程度有著正面的影響，但對年齡、性別與工作地點並無重大影響。除此之外，分析結果也顯示出受訪者對其目前之室內環境品質(IEQ)與工作的滿意度，雖無太高的數值，但也有正面的影響。本研究根據問卷調查之結果歸納出改善室內環境品質(IEQ)的對策，並針對此調查結果擬定解決方案，以改善員工對工作的滿意程度。

The purpose of this research was exploring the relationships between Hanoi office worker’s satisfaction with Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) and Job satisfaction. Moreover, this research investigates the level of satisfaction of office workers with their current job, IEQ and estimate the hypothesized relationships among variables. Data was collected through Google Doc form; The data was analysed by SPSS 20.0 software to examine the purpose of this study. The data were sent to office workers who work in 12 districts of Hanoi. With 500 samples were sent, a total of 400 respondents were used for data analysis. The result has supported all hypotheses and shows a significant of the relationship between IEQ and Job satisfaction among office workers. The most significant correlations were Job satisfaction and Thermal comfort. There were no significant relationships among satisfaction with Age, Gender and Workstation type except Hour of working per week. The result after analysis also shows a sign of satisfaction among office workers with their current IEQ and job although not in very high value. Base on those conclusions, this research provided some solution for the organization to improve workplace IEQ to make their employees more satisfied with their job.
