臺中市國中教師進行環境教育行為意圖之研究—以奧萬大自然教育中心為例

摘要


自從環境教育正式立法之後,學校成為環境教育最重要的推手。本研究目的係以計畫行為理論並納入過去行為變項,探討臺中市國中教師運用「奧萬大自然教育中心」進行環境教育之行為意圖,並分析影響國中教師運用「奧萬大自然教育中心」進行環境教育行為意圖相關因素。以臺中市之在職國中教師為研究對象,採配額抽樣選取受試學校,實際發放問卷共520份,扣除無效問卷,有效回收問卷共有483份。本研究採用描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析等方法來分析國中教師的背景變項、態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制、過去行為及行為意圖等現況;以皮爾森卡方檢定探討參加環境教育相關研習與國中教師個人背景變項之相關性;以多元線性迴歸探討國中教師之態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制、過去行為,對其運用奧萬大自然教育中心進行環境教育行為意圖之影響,研究結果如下: 一、雖然僅有2.1%之台中市國中教師曾使用奧萬大自然教育中心進行環境教育,但整體教師對運用自然教育中心進行環境教育有中間偏高的行為意圖。 二、過去一年曾參加環境教育相關研習、知道奧萬大國家森林遊樂區成立自然教育中心之教師,在態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制及行為意圖均高於未參加與不知道之教師;而在主觀規範部分,服務於西區與屯區的教師高於北屯區的教師;在行為意圖部分,服務於屯區的教師高於北屯區的教師。 三、臺中市國中教師普遍的態度認為運用奧萬大自然教育中心進行環境教育,可以增進學生環保知識與拓展生活經驗,而且學習過程是充滿樂趣的,並以學校行政主管的建議為主要考量。教師普遍認為自然教育中心與學校的距離、活動的安全風險,以及其是否能提供安全維護與危機處理機制,則是最為重要的影響因素。 四、臺中市國中教師運用奧萬大自然教育中心之主觀規範,對其行為意圖具有顯著正向影響。

Since the law of the environmental education was established, school has played an important role in promoting the environmental education. The purpose of this study based on the theory of planned behavior and the past behavioral variables is to explore the behavioral intentions of junior high school teachers in Taichung City when using "Aowanda Nature Center “ to put the environmental education into practice , and to analyze the relevant factors which affect the behavioral intentions of those teachers. Junior high school teachers who were chosen by quota samples in Taichung City serve as the research objects ; actually the total of 520 questionnaires were given, except the invalid ones, 483 questionnaires could be valid. By using the methods of descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, the study is to analyze the teachers’ background variables, attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, the past behavior and behavioral intentions. Through Pearson's chi-square test, the study is to analyze the teachers’ background and who participate in environmental education learning. Through the multiple linear regression, we want to know junior high school teachers’ attitudes, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and past behavior when adopting Aowanda Nature Center for environmental education concerning the behavioral intentions. The results were as follows: First, although only 2.1% of the junior high school teachers in Taichung City had used the resources of Aowanda Nature Center for environmental education, but generally the intentions of using the resources of Aowanda Nature Center strikingly go up. Second, in the past year, those who had participated in environmental education workshops and had known the nature center of Aowanda National Forest Recreation Area were better towards attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control and behavioral intentions than those who had not joined and known about it. Those who had led students to Aowanda Nature Center were better towards attitude and subjective norm than those who never did that. The subjective norms of those who teach in West and Tuen District were higher than those in Beitun. The behavioral intentions of those who teach in Tuen District were higher than those in Beitun . Third, junior high school teachers in Taichung City think that making full use of the resources in Aowanda Nature Education Center can help students gain knowledge about environmental protection and expand the life experiences. The learning process is fun for sure and the administrators’ advice should be taken into consideration. Teachers generally consider the distance between Nature Education Center and the school , the security of the activity, the safety maintenance and crisis management mechanism are the most important factors. Fourth, in Taichung City, junior high school teachers’ subjective norms have a significantly positive effect on the behavioral intentions.
