The purpose of the study was to understand the differences and relationships between sense of well-being and peer relationship of higher grade elementary school male students with different health-related physical fitness performance. Participants were 174 fifth and sixth Grade male students from a public school of New Taipei City in 2018, and a total of 15 classes were recruited. Scales of peer relationship and sense of well-being were administered. Results of fitness tests in 2018 were also collected for data analyses. Descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient were used for data analyses. Results: Life satisfaction was significantly different among male students with different cardiovascular endurance. Significant correlations were found between sense of well-being and peer relationship. Conclusion: Fast runners had better sense of well-being than slow runners. Thus, cardiovascular endurance activities should be valued by education personnel in order to improve both sense of well-being and peer relationship.
