本研究主要依據一般化緊張理論、工作投入及飲酒態度的觀點,探討緊張因素、工作投入、飲酒態度對警察人員問題飲酒行為的影響。本研究抽樣對象為台中市政府警察局之基層警察人員,主要採用分層叢集隨機抽樣方式,有效分析樣本共1182 名員警,透過結構方程模式來檢定所蒐集之數據。研究結果發現:(1) 緊張因素會正向影響警察人員問題飲酒行為、降低工作投入程度及改變飲酒態度。(2) 緊張因素會經由工作投入、飲酒態度對警察人員問題飲酒行為有的間接效果。(3) 工作投入會透過飲酒態度對警察人員問題飲酒行為有的間接效果。依據研究結果建議:(1) 探究警察人員對於飲酒效果預期與社交功能認知的建構過程,將有助於我們改變或匡正察人員錯誤的飲酒態度;(2)提高警察人員的工作承諾及工作意願,是可以改變或影響其飲酒態度,進而協助警察人員有效因應高風險的情境,減少問題飲酒行為發生的可能性。
Based on the viewpoints of general strain theory, this study tried to understand the impact of social strain factors, job involvement and the alcohol attitudes on alcohol problem of police officers. Sample consisted of 1,182 police officers. The collected data were analyzed by structural equation model. The findings of this study showed that: (1) social strain factors were related to police officer's alcohol problem, job involvement, and alcohol attitudes; (2) job involvement and alcohol attitudes played a mediator role in the relationship between social strain and police officer's alcohol problem; (3) alcohol attitudes had indirect effects on police officer's alcohol problem through job involvement. Based on the research results, several suggestions were also provided.
