偏鄉社區療育據點早療宣導及培力方案成效研究

基於偏鄉社區療育據點早療服務困境，本研究從文獻及社工訪談發展一套結合社區老中青三代之方案，並評估方案執行成效，以做為早療實務應用。研究結果如下：服務策略一「早療社區戲劇宣導」參與人數雖未達預期目標，但宣導確實可讓較少有資源進入的偏鄉長輩對早療觀念及資源有更清楚認識，更密集及主動走入偏鄉，提高服務可近性是必要的。務策略二「小志工培力團體」無論是出席率、滿意度或成效皆達預期目標，小志工穩定到據點服務已成為據點特色。服務策略三「親職成長團體」量化評估雖未達方案預期目標，但從家長訪談卻可看到家長對此一團體的肯定，能讓較被動或拒絕參加的家長願意走出來是一大突破。整體而言，方案結合社區老中青三代，對建構發展遲緩兒童家庭友善早療社區環境是有成效的。最後，也針對方案規畫及執行上提出檢討及建議，供日後相關研究或實務工作者參考。

Based on the predicament of children early intervention for community-based services in the rural area, it prompted the researchers to develop a program combining the youth, middle age and elderly generations in the community from literature and social worker interviews. The purpose of this study is used to evaluate the effectiveness of the children early intervention program. The findings of the study are listed below: Although the amount of participants in the community advocacy program had not yet been met, it is clear that the advocacy can make a better understanding for the concept and resources of the children early intervention for the elders in rural area. It is necessary to enhance the accessibility. In the volunteer group program, the participation rate, satisfaction and effectiveness had been met. The stable services of volunteers has become a feature in the community-based services. In parenting growth group program, the effectiveness of the quantitative evaluation had not yet been met. However, the parents' interviews have revealed the program was approved and received the best response. It is the great breakthrough to encourage the parents who are more willing to participate. The research can make discussion and suggestion according to the analysis results and practical experience of the study.
