3D光柵立體印刷技術應用於高傳真藝術版畫之研究

Research of 3D Optical Grating Printing Technology for High-fidelity Woodblock Art Prints

摘要


本研究主要是運用3D光柵立體印刷技術,結合高傳真藝術版畫複製技術進行具創意立體效果、設計美感之版畫商品開發,同時透過實驗法找出高傳真藝術版畫以及3D光柵立體最佳化的製作方法,包含如何選用合適的藝術版畫圖像、光柵板材料的規格、設定觀賞距離、使用不同視角張數的圖及最佳的立體深度效果,來達到技術上的最佳效益,同時讓版畫能夠呈現出色澤飽和並具自然立體的效果。在本研究中發現選圖對於製作光柵立體圖視覺效果有很大影響,同時光柵板材料的品質穩定亦對於光柵立體印刷品質有非常重大影響,同時本研究證明20 views的重影問題將優於12 views。

This research is mainly used for 3D optical grating printing technology, combined with high-fidelity woodblock art printing technology to carry out innovative three-dimensional effect, design aesthetic sensibility of woodblock printing products development. And at the same time, to find out high-fidelity woodblock art prints and the best production methods for 3D optical grating, including how to choose the right woodblock art printing images, the specifications of optical grating film material, setting of viewing distance, using different angle of perspective images and the best 3D depth effect, to achieve the best technical efficiency. And let the woodblock prints showing color saturation and natural 3D effects. In this research found that the production of raster pick a perspective view of the visual effects have a significant impact, quality and stability while grating plate material also has a very significant impact on t3D optical grating printing quality, but this research proves 20 views ghosting issues will be better than 12 views.
