熱昇華直噴在織品上之色彩品質特性研究

The Study of Color Quality Characteristics on Textile Using Direct Dye Sublimation

摘要


數位噴印科技的發展接近二十年,噴墨墨水、軟體和機器的進步發展更是突飛猛進,近年更發展出熱昇華直噴方式至織品上,其圖像之轉寫不需經由轉寫紙而採取對被印織物做直接的噴印,節省了中間轉印紙成本,並簡化了製程。本研究採用不同印刷解析度(600x600、600x900)及不同熱烘溫度(180℃、200℃、220℃)設定噴印於聚酯纖維(Polyester),透過儀器量測色彩品質特性,同時進行染色堅牢度(Color fastness)試驗。研究結果顯示熱烘溫度的提升使色域(Color Gamut)有較佳的表現。而較高的熱烘溫度配合高解析度時有明顯的階調擴增(Tone Value Increase)現象。染色堅牢度試驗方面耐水洗堅牢度可達4.5級,耐光堅牢度在Y色僅達2.5級、K色則可達4級。

Digital ink-jet printing was developed nearly two decades ago, and the improvement of ink, software and machinery is leaps and bounds. In recent years, there has been developing direct dye sublimation on textile and the reproduction is not required transfer paper but direct printing on textile. It also save cost and simplify production process. Therefore, this research is to investigate printing on polyester by differences of printing resolution (600x600, 600x900) and temperature steam (180°C, 200°C, 220°C). Through measuring the color quality characteristics by instrument, and testing color fatness. The study analysis we find: when temperature steam become higher, color gamut have better performance; higher temperature steam with higher printing resolution have obvious tone value increase phenomenon. In color fastness, color fastness to washing rating 4.5, color fastness to light only rating 2.5 in yellow and rating 4 in black.
