穿戴濾藍光鏡片對電腦工作者減輕視覺疲勞的效果

The Influence of Blue-Light Filtering Lenses on Visual Fatigue Decrease for Visual Display Terminal Workers

摘要


本研究探討使用濾藍光鏡片,對於長時間使用電腦終端機工作者視覺疲勞的影響。20位年輕的受試者參與此研究,自變項為時間(50與100分鐘)、濾藍光鏡片(0%、20%、50%與80%濾藍光),依變項是近點調節力、調節幅度、閃光融合閾值、睫狀體調節變化量與主觀視覺疲勞評比。每位受試者以隨機方式進行四種不同濾藍光鏡片之使用,在開始閱讀小說前(第0分鐘)量測各個依變項之數值作為參考值,並在閱讀後第50分鐘與第100分鐘量測。實驗結果顯示:介入不同濾藍光鏡片對長時間觀看電腦螢幕,改善視覺疲勞沒有顯著影響(p>0.05)。但是時間因子對閃光融合閾值(p<0.05)與主觀視覺疲勞問卷有顯著差異。總之,穿戴濾藍光鏡片雖然可以過濾電腦螢幕的藍光,但是觀看螢幕50分鐘後仍然會有眼睛疲勞的症狀出現。為了減輕或避免視覺疲勞,不管穿戴何種濾藍光鏡片,都需要有適當的休息時間。

This study aims to realize the effect of blue-light filtering lenses on visual fatigue for prolonged computer users. Twenty young subjects with averaged age of 20.9 years (SD=2.07) participated in this study. The independent variables include the time (0, 50 and 100 minutes) and blue-light filtering lenses (0%, 20%, 50% and 80% of blue light filtering). Four different blue-light filtering lenses were be used by subjects randomly. The measurements include near visual acuity target, amplitude of accommodation, flicker fusion threshold, high frequency component and subjective visual fatigue rating. All measurements were be collected before reading task (at 0 min) and after reading task at 50, 100 min, respectively. The results of this study indicated that blue-light filtering lenses didn’t have influence significantly on visual fatigue (p>0 .05), however, exposure time had a significant impact both on objective and subjective visual fatigue (p <0.05). In summary, wearing blue-light filtering lenses could filter blue light from computer screen, but visual fatigue would occur after watching screen for 50 minutes. For reliving and preventing visual fatigue, suitable resting time is required no matter what kinds of blue-light filtering lenses he/she wears.
