虛擬角色個性其適配色彩與造型之相關性探究

A Study of the Correlation between Color Image and Modeling Design on Virtual Characters' Personality

摘要


色彩在強調滿足消費者愉悅感之情感設計中一直扮演相當重要的角色,許多研究顯示,色彩能反映消費者的情感知覺實與其色彩意象相關。現今風行的虛擬角色遊戲、代表各企業的吉祥物以及吸引消費者收藏的各類公仔或玩偶等,其表現意象的色彩選擇是否符合消費者色彩認知,是值得進一步研究的課題。本研究選擇備受孩童喜愛的虛擬角色為主題,並以國小學童為研究對象,探討各類虛擬角色不同個性的適配色彩,同時探析其個性的合適造型等問題。研究發現:兒童對於角色個性確實有其主觀偏好的色彩適配,且兒童對於可愛、勇敢等正向個性的角色,偏好於黃、藍色系之配色;反之,對於易怒、邪惡等負向個性的角色,則偏好於紅、紫色系之組合。同時,角色個性的色彩選用,亦有其合適表現的特定造形。本研究結果提供設計師在角色設計時,更能彰顯角色個性之色彩適配與造型建議,並對於學齡孩童之色彩認知,提供更具體的參考資訊。

Many studies have revealed that color reflects the mental images associated with color perception. Qualia design emphasizes the satisfying from consumers, and color design included certainly. Virtual characters of online games, mascots and manga figures are much popular than before, the color image whether corresponds to color perception of consumers is a valuable research field. This study chose elementary students as research objects, and to explore virtual characters' well-adapted color images and modeling according to its personalities. This study proves that yellow and blue colors fit in with positive personality of characters, oppositely, red and purple colors fit in with negative ones. And virtual characters have their well-adapted modeling fitting in with different personalities. The results of this study provides well-adapted color images to designers as references, and offers more related information on children's color perception.
