智慧廚房之概念原型與設計方針研究

摘要


隨著網路資訊時代的來臨,伴隨而來的智慧化風潮,為人類生活型態帶來了巨大的轉變。為因應人們對生活環境越來越高的要求,智慧型居家空間勢必將成為未來發展趨勢。而廚房是居家生活中,使用電器、瓦斯用品最頻繁的場所,如何設計出符合使用者操作習性、安全及可提高工作效率的智慧廚具,是一重要的研究議題。使用者導向設計已經成為產品開發過程中關鍵的成功因素,但受限於使用者對產品的認知往往是不斷變化與抽象模糊的,且設計師缺乏融入使用者意見有效的方法,導致設計師與使用者對產品意義存在著認知上的差異。本研究主要透過認知結構模式進行實作,以了解設計師與使用者在智慧廚房空間設計上認知的異同,進而幫助設計師能在產品意義上與使用者取得共識。其執行程序為運用心智圖法表現設計師概念原型,接著經由蘊含矩陣進行使用者認知調查,再將設計師與使用者認知異同類型劃分成「正向共識」、「負向共識」、「設計師主觀」和「使用者主觀」四大區塊,最後利用精簡的階層價值圖來表現設計方針。主要研究貢獻為回應廚房使用者各方面需要,提出優良智慧廚房產品的概念原型與設計方針,期能對國內廚具產業有所助益。

With the entering of information age, intelligent items have brought tremendous change in human's life style. In response to elevating demand toward living environment, intelligent living space is going to be a developing trend. Kitchen is especially the place where one uses appliances and gas most frequently in home life. As a result, it would be an important issue that how to design intelligent cookers which are safe, match user's habit and increase efficiency. User-oriented design has become a key element in a successful product development process. However, since users have constantly changing needs, their cognition toward a product is abstract and unclear, and designers do not have a method to effectively incorporate users’ opinions during the design process. Designers and users have cognitive differences when it comes to the 'meaning' of a product. In this study, we implement by a cognitive structure model in order to understand the differences and similarities between designers and users' cognitions, and furthermore to help designers obtain consensus with users on the meaning of a product. The first step in the procedure is to use mind mapping to present designers' concept prototypes, and then an implication matrix is used to conduct research on users' cognition. Four areas (positive consensus, negative consensus, designer's subjectivity and users' subjectivity) are defined based on the cognitive similarities and differences of designers and users. Finally, a streamlined hierarchical value map is used to present design guidelines. The main contribution of this research is providing the proposal of design guidelines and concept prototypes about good intelligent kitchen in order to satisfy kitchen users' needs. And then, we anticipate results of this study would help domestic Kitchen industry.
