應用人因工程進階改善技術於職業性肌肉骨骼傷病防制-以能源業作業為例

Application of Ergonomics Intervention Technology on Prevention of Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders - A Case Study in Energy Industry

摘要


勞工肌肉骨骼傷害的防制是我國職業安全衛生之中相當重要的課題之一。為因應並改善工作現場的勞工肌肉骨骼傷害情形,我國亦已通過立法將職業性肌肉骨骼防制列為雇主應盡責任之一。然而,時至今日,許多事業單位仍然缺少應用人因工程改善作業的經驗。因此,本研究主要目的是探討應用人因工程改善技術於職業性肌肉骨骼傷害防制。本研究透過人因工程進階改善方法來改善能源業工作現場之某項作業,以達到降低該作業之勞工肌肉骨骼傷病風險。研究結果可以做為人因工程進階改善的案例提供給事業單位工作現場的勞安人員參考。

Work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) are recognized as the important issue of occupational safety and health problem in Taiwan. To prevent WMSDs and improve workplaces, the government of Taiwan had enacted the Occupational Safety and Health Act and specified that it is employers' duty to prevent their employees from WMSDs. However, there are still relatively few applications on ergonomic intervention or workplace improvement in industries. The purpose of this study is to provide an application of ergonomic intervention technology on prevention of work-related musculoskeletal disorders with a case study in energy industry. This study lowered the ergonomic risks of a task in energy industry with advanced ergonomic technology. The procedure and results are hopefully of use to occupational safety and health staff in industry.
