從家長園所品質滿意度探討花蓮縣扶幼計畫之成效

An Exploration of Support Minority of Five Years Old Children to Accept Education Program in Hualian from the Degree of the Parents' Satisfaction of Kindergartens' Quality

摘要


幼兒園所品質滿意度爲近年來很熱門的話題,但多集中於都會區,原住民地區的研究並不多見。而「扶持五歲弱勢幼兒及早教育計畫」自2004年開始實施,對弱勢學前教育助益良多。本研究結合這兩個主題,對花蓮縣六個鄉鎮的幼兒園所家長實施問卷調查。分析結果發現如下: 一、家長對扶幼計畫的瞭解程度及滿意度相當高。 二、幼兒家庭背景中的祖父母、在學子女數、隔代教養家庭、家長教育程度對園所品質滿意度有顯著影響,其中隔代教養家庭會透過家長對扶幼計畫滿意度而對園所品質滿意度產生影響。 三、學前教育背景中,原住民家長、園所收費感受對園所環境品質滿意度有顯著影響。

The satisfaction of kindergarten quality is a hot subject in recent years. These studies just often research the kindergartens in cities, but few to be interested in aboriginal areas. On the other hand, the program of support the minority of five years old children earlier to educate is the Ministry of Educations' subsidy program began from 2004. It helps to promote the kindergarten quality and the school attendance rate very much., This study containing these two subjects and aims at kindergartens' guardians to implement the questionnaire survey of six country in Hualian. The study discovery were as following: a. Both the guardians' understanding and satisfaction degree about ”Support minority of five years old children to accept education program” are so high. b. In family background, the grandparents, children count in school, generation of education family, and the parents' education background have influences in kindergartens' quality degree. Specially generation of education family has an influence in the satisfaction of kindergartens' quality degree through the satisfaction degree of ”Support minority of five years old children to accept education program”. c. In early childhood education background, the aboriginal guardian, and the feeling toward kindergarten charge have influences in kindergarten quality satisfaction degree.
