摘要

在本篇論文中，我們整合了多媒體系統與病歷資料，主要功能是將醫師診斷的過程與結果，隨時利用電子病歷或影音的方式記錄下來，但須在病患的同意下，才能使用多媒體的形式與電子病歷資料做完整的結合，並將各個病歷資料利用中央控管的方式來建置檔案。病歷資料若以多媒體的方式呈現，可讓各個醫院之間的病歷資料相互流通，並讓醫生可在第一時間了解就診病患使用藥物的情形或各種病因，來做最快速的診療與避開相關的用藥問題，來達到提高效率和減少醫療糾紛。在急難救護上，進一步藉由救護車所提供的PDA行動裝置，並透過GPS定位系統，判別離事故現場就近和對病患最有幫助之醫院與路徑，並利用GPRS系統，將個別病患資料與救護現場狀況回傳至醫院，以提供醫院相關訊息，讓醫院率先取得病患的個人醫療病歷資料，以節省急救之時效性，來提升整體醫療效率。

Rescues in the dire circumstances, further the affiliation PDA which rations by the ambulance, penetrates the GPS positioning system, seeks nearby and most has hospital of the help to the accident scene to sickness, and uses the GPRS system, with rescues the scene condition feedback the sickness individual material to the hospital, provides the hospital related news, let the hospital beforehand obtain sickness individual medical a medical record material, saves effectiveness for a period of time of the first aid, promotes the medical efficiency.
