桶柑、寄接梨品牌水果經營成本調查

Investigation of Production Cost on Trademark Fruit of Tankan and Grafted Pear

摘要


桃園區內通過品牌水果認證的水果僅有峨眉鄉農會「月饗眉香」桶柑。本調查針對轄區內有意願及認證通過的果農進行調查品牌及非品牌桶柑的經營管理及生產成本分析比較。桶柑每公頃生產成本,品牌與非品牌以人工費佔總生產費用的61.4、60.6%為最高,總生產費用以非品牌居高;公頃產值以品牌較非品牌高39%,而達品牌標準的產量僅佔總生產量的7.8%,純收益則品牌較非品牌高120%;在共選共計與共同運銷價差比較上,顯示不同等級果品間有顯著的差異;峨眉桶柑之品牌平均價位較市場特級品高出54.8%。寄接梨每公頃生產成本,品牌與非品牌以材料費佔生產費用的38、44.2%為最高,生產成本品牌為53元/kg,非品牌為43.6元/kg;公頃產值品牌較非品牌高7.1%,而達品牌標準之產量僅佔總產量的10.6%;價差效益以5月生產之品牌價位較市場特級品高出48%。調查結果有63%果農年齡高齡化及果園樹齡老化,故對參與品牌桶柑生產的意願不高。承辦品牌水果的農民團體認為提昇品牌水果的價位及水果的品質對果農最有益處,而產銷班班員則認為提昇品牌水果的價位有限,而藉以穩定帶動次級品的價位,增加收益較為顯著。

Trademark fruit of Tankan supplied from the O'mei Farmers' Association was certified and named as ”Yuel-Sheang-Mei-Shiang”. To better understand the difference in orchard management between trademark and non-trademark fruit of Tankan, an investigation was made in O-mei township. The results showed that the labor costs were the largest portion accounted for 60.6-61.4% of the total production cost. A higher total production cost was found in non-trademark fruit of Tankan. The product value per hectare from trademark orchard was 39% higher than that of non-trademark orchard. Only 7.8% products reached the trademark standard. The net income of trademark products was 120% higher than non-trademark products. The average price of trademark Tankan from O-mei was found 54.8% higher than the superior product in market. Material costs of grafted pear orchard accounted for 38-44.2% of the total production cost. It was also found that there was difference in production cost per kilogram of grafted pear between trademark and non-trademark fruits. The production cost of trademark and non-trademark fruits of grafted pear were 53 NT$/kg and 43.6% NT$/kg, respectively. The product value per hectare of trademark fruit of grafted pear was 7.1% higher than that of non-trademark. About 10.6% of the total products reached the trademark standard. Grafted Pear produced from May was sold at a high-price and it was 48% higher than that harvested in other months. The average price of trademark fruit of grafted pear was found 15-48% higher than the superior grafted pear in market. Approximately, 63% of farmers showed no desire to produce trademark fruit of Tankan due to aged and deterioration of orchard. The officer of farmers' association considered that the most important method to increase farmer income might be to raise price of trademark fruit and fruit quality. However, the member of production and marketing team considered that raising the price of trademark fruit was very limited, but stabilizing the price of the non-trademark fruit due to trademark fruit could benefit farmers income.
