Measuring Residents' Behavior Intention of Conservation toward Protected Forest

摘要

保安林之森林公益功能可防止及減少災害發生，本研究利用「計畫行為理論」調查台東市居民對於台東2519與2502號保安林之保育行為意向，對於保安林之保育經營活動參與意願以「知覺行為控制」之影響最高，而「社會主觀規範」影響性較低，「態度」部分則不顯著。而不同社經背景如職業類別與月收入等狀況亦影響實際餐與經營活動之意願，表示個人對於保安林保育經營活動的實際參與需視個人資源狀況來決定。政府則可透過保育保安林相關之活動，邀集民眾於假日休閒時間參加此類活動，並宣導保安林之功能等知識傳遞，使民能更了解保安林之重要性，進而願意共同參與保育經營工作。

Protected forest could provide many kinds of public welfare, such as reducing the sandstorm. We applied the ”Theory of Planned Behavior” to investigate local residents' behavior intention of conservation toward protected forest in Taitung. The results indicated that the ”perceived behavioral control” and ”subjective norm” had significant influence on residents' behavior intention of conserve to the protected forest. It was also affected by residents' social characteristics. According to the results, government could raise the residents' behavior intention and promoting residents' conservative behavior by propagating the importance of the protected forest.
