司馬庫斯部落居民對民宿業發展衝擊的環境識覺之研究

摘要

本文深入剖析司馬庫斯部落的居民，對民宿業發展衝擊的認知與態度，作為資源管理者之參考。經過問卷及訪談結果發現，82%的部落受訪居民，對於在「假日實施人數管制」、「結合生態旅遊」及「結合傳統文化」來發展民宿業，表示高度的支持；18%的受訪居民，認為無意見或是持負面反對態度。部落居民對於民宿業發展衝擊認知方面，以「共同經營」成功化解部落居民間的衝突；對於「未來發展民宿業」態度部分，50%的受訪居民同意擴大發展民宿業，16%的受訪居民是持負面反對態度，另有34%的受訪居民無意見。對於「民宿業發展衝擊認知」方面，整體而言，當地民宿業發展所帶來的經濟、社會文化的影響，正面多於負面；對實質環境影響，則是負面多於正面。
因此，本文建議司馬庫斯部落，以「共同經營」的模式發展民宿業的同時，也應減低對環境的負面衝擊，加強部落環境保育及解說導覽服務，建立部落特色作為永續發展主要目標。

This reseaarch is about the recognition and attitude of homestay business in the Smangus tribes as the reference for resource keepers. According to the result of investigation and interview, 82% of local residents show their high support for the restriction of visitors on holidays, combining tour and traditional culture 18% of the rest keep a careless or objective viewpoint. With regards to the impact on the development of homestay business among the tribes local residents use ”cooperative management” to erase conficts. In terms of attitude toward homestay industry in the future, 50% of the tribal residents agree to expand homestay business, while 16% of the rest of reside its show negative attitude, and 34% of the residents have no comment. With regards to the impact on the recognition and attitude toward the tribal residents, homestay business brings positive influence on economy and social culture, but the aspect of substantial environment is on the contrary.
Therfore, this study suggests that when local residents use the pattern of ”cooperative management” to develop homestay businesses, they should decrease negative in pact on the environment, but strengthen environmental protection and dstablish tribe characteristic achievements as the essential goal during the development of homestay business.
