以頂空微針動態抽取技術測定土壤有機氯化物農藥之研究

摘要


由於有機氯化物農藥構造穩定、毒性高且具生物蓄積性,故於土壤環境中有其監測之必要。木研究以近年發展之頂空微針動態抽取技術進行水與土壤中十三種有機氯農藥檢測方法之建立,此技術為一無須溶劑萃取,不須淨化之快速檢測方法。本方法檢測水中十三種有機氯農藥檢測極限範圍為0.001~0.05μg/L,可符合歐盟飲用水管制農藥總量抽小於0.5μg/L以下之要求,可應用於水體之檢測;於土壤中十三種有機氯農藥檢測極限範圍為0.15~2.91μg/kg,可應用於土壤中機氯農藥之監測。

Organochlorine pesticides have stable chemical structure, high toxicity and bioaccumulation. Consequently, it is necessary that they be monitored in soil. In this study, headspace solid-phase dynamic extraction (HS-SPDE) was applied to examine thirteen organochlorine pesticides in water and soils. The extraction method proved to be a rapid, solvent free and no clean-up procedures technology. The detection limit of HS-SPDE for OCPs in water is 0.001-0.05μg/L and conformed to the European Community standard in which the sum of pesticides must lower than 0.5μg/L. The detection limit of HS-SPDE for OCPs in soil is 0.15-2.91μg/kg. On the whole, HS-SPDE was a good method for the routine analysis of OCPs in water and soil.
