Chinese Abstract

根據幾何光學原理,推導出轉鏡-振鏡掃描系統物鏡前振鏡上光斑移動速度的解析表達式。系統本身的結構特點是產生掃描非線性和非對稱性的根源,並會引起圖像畸變。對設計的40面,半徑40mm,轉速為23437.5r•min^(-1)的轉鏡-振鏡系統的數值計算結果表明,行掃描中最大速度差約為6m•s^(-1),時間對稱中心從32μs改變到約30.7477μs。此結果可作圖像畸變修正的參考。

English Abstract

An analytical expression for spot moving speed on the former vibrating mirror of the polygonal mirror scanning system objective is derived from geometrical optical principle. The structural characteristics of the system are the origin for creating scanning nonlinearity and asymmetry, and they will cause image distortion. The numerical calculation results for the designed polygonal mirror system with 40 planes, a radius of 40mm and rotating speed of 23437.5r/min show that the maximum speed difference in line scanning is about 6mIs and time symmetric center has been changed from 32μs to about 30.7477μs. These results can be used as reference for image distortion correction.
