基於BP類神經網路的國際承包商競爭力評價-以中國承包商為例

COMPETITIVENESS EVALUATION OF INTERNATIONAL CONTRACTORS BASED ON BP NEURAL NETWORK - A STRATEGIC ANALYSIS OF CHINESE CONTRACTORS

摘要


中國承包商欲開拓以美國為代表的已開發國家市場,必須面對國際頂級承包商激烈的競爭。本文首先建構國際承包商競爭力的評價指標體系、利用層次分析法計算競爭力指標權重、應用BP類神經網路於國際承包商競爭力進行評價。相較於國際頂級承包商,研究結果發現中國共有四家承包商躋身於第一層次市場領先者之列,但是中國承包商與國際頂級承包商最大的差距是國際化能力;與第二層次的國際承包商相比,中國承包商需要提升國際化能力和交通市場能力。藉由本研究的競爭力評價結果,為中國承包商開拓國際市場和競爭力的提升,提供了科學的決策依據。

Chinese contractors desire to explore international markets in developed countries, such as the USA, so they have to face fierce competition from the top-level international contractors. This paper firstly builds an evaluation index system for the competitiveness of international contractors; then it uses Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to calculate the weighted competitiveness index; lastly it constructs a model of Back Propagation (BP) Neural Network to assess competitiveness. Compared with top international contractors, it turns out that four Chinese contractors rank among the first-tier leaders of international markets, but Chinese contractors are much weaker than first-tier international contractors in the capability of internationalization. By comparison with the second-tier international contractors, Chinese contractors need to enhance their abilities in both internationalization and transport markets. The competence evaluation results of this paper will become scientific decision-making basis for Chinese contractors to explore international markets and improve their competitiveness.
