Chinese Abstract

承包商是工程專案的執行者,必須利用有限的資源完成工程專案。然而承包商難以兼備所有完成專案所需的技術與人力,因此在執行專案時經常會將專案中的部分作業交給不同的分包商去執行。但由於執行作業的過程可利用的空間資源越多越不容易發生人工、材料或機具相互干擾的情形,故分包商會向承包商盡可能爭取寬裕的空間資源。然而在一個專案裡,空間是一種有限的資源。承包商必須妥善分配空間資源給每一個分包商,使得每一個作業都能順利被完成。故承包商往往需要招開多次會議來溝通協調空間資源的分配方式。目前雖然已經有許多研究提出空間資源分配的策略,但這些方法多半著重在如何找出發生空間衝突的作業及如何進行空間資源分配的決策,對於如何協助承包商有系統地彙整空間資源分配的情形卻甚少涉獵。假使有一套數值化標準模式能夠有系統地針對空間資源的型態加以定義與紀錄,將能協助承包商與分包商間進行空間資源分配的溝通及討論,進而提升空間資源管理的效率。網格是一種經常應用於作為二維及三維圖面的參考基準,可以具體表示物件的位置關係及進行複雜的空間與網路分析。本研究以網格的概念為基礎,提出空間資源網格圖來劃分及標記工址範圍內的空間資源,協助承包商有系統地彙整作業使用的空間資源的情形及作業間的空間衝突關係,有利於進行空間資源分配的決策與管理。

English Abstract

The general contractor is the executor who finishes the the general construction project with limited resources of the construction project. However, the general contractor can't own all required technologies and human resources by himself, and he must distribute some activities and resources to subcontractors. The spatial resource is one of the limited resources, and the general contractor must convene many conferences to distribute the spatial resources to activities well. Most past researches focus on finding spatial conflict and the decision-making of space resources distribution. But less of them focus on how to help the general contractor to collect and organize the information of the allocation of spatial resources. Grid is a kind of reference criterion of 2D or 3D diagrams, and it can be used to describe the location of an object or target. This research shows how to define the requirement of spatial resources of an activity through Grid and analyzes the spatial conflict relationships among activities to help the general contractor collect and organize the information of the allocation of spatial resources. Moreover, this research also expresses the spatial resources with the form of the set to develop a simple and specific formulation. Final suggestion and limitation are identified and discussed for further related applications.
