建築物雙層通風屋頂構造隔熱性能之研究

A Study on the Insulation Performance of a Double Skin Roof Induced by Natural Ventilation

摘要


本研究根據誘導式冷卻設計手法,應用雙層屋頂構造內置自然通風空氣層並使其與外氣環境連通,在太陽輻射熱經由建築物屋頂構造進入室內前,就以自然通風空氣層將太陽輻射熱導出,並配合一舊有RC構造建築物,原屋頂並無任何隔熱處理,施做雙層屋頂構造隔熱改善工程,在工程施工前後以儀器現場實測紀錄雙層屋頂構造之層間溫度、熱流強度及室外各環境參數以供分析。研究發現雙層屋頂構造結合自然通風器的自然通風的效果,可大幅減少太陽輻射熱進入室內,在施工前後量測結果估算下,雙層通風屋頂構造的熱傳透率由原來3.88W/平方公尺℃變為0.39W/平方公尺℃,顯示隔熱性能大幅提昇。

The study is aiming at a passive cooling design by adopting ventilated double skin roof construction with natural ventilation air layers into buildings. The method is to induce the solar heat gain through the natural ventilation air layers. The research is studied by experiment and cooperated with an old RC building. Before double skin roof construction, there is no any other insulation layer on the roof. The study is to analyze the temperature distribution of the roof layers, heat flow intensity of the roof and some environmental parameters with the instruments before and after the construction project. The study finds out that without any mechanical ventilation system, by using natural ventilated double skin roof construction can reduce most of the solar radiation cooling loads from building roof. And the thermal conductance rate turn from original 3.88W/m^2℃ to 0.39W/m^2℃. It is shown that such roof construction has increased insulation performance.
