In this paper, a theorem related to the angle and velocity of a volleyball after set by the setter was presented. It was derived from the fundamental theory of the human and sport kinetics which used the data of the height of the ball hit by the hitter, and the flying distance and time. Under a systematic training, a special-designed training equipment can be used to train the setter to exercise an one-way motion training. It can increase the training efficiency which will lead to an extra time for the other basic training. Using a pre-designed exercise and test, a set of data will be collected. The data can be used to justify the superiority or inferiority of the lifting skill of the setter. The result can be referred as a critical advise for the future training in revising the arm motion and kinetics of the setter. According to this kinetic model, a fundamental technique data will be established for each player. These data will be great helpful for the player during the post-training and changing of the playing environment or teammates.
