影響台灣高科技電子產業組織績效之研究

The Study of the Effects to Organizational Performance in High-Tech Electrical Industry in Taiwan

摘要


如何提昇組織績效是管理者主要的焦點,本研究檢測在台灣高科技電子產業中,領導型態、市場導向、知識管理、組織創新對組織績效之影響力。經由台灣高科技電子產業363位員工並採用結構方程模式進行驗證,得知組織創新對組織績效的直接影響效果最高,領導型態對組織績效的總影響效果最高,而市場導向、知識管理會透過組織創新影響組織績效。研究顯示在台灣高科技電子產業中透過組織創新與領導型態,以提昇組織績效有其必要性。本研究試圖發展台灣高科技電子產業組織績效模式,以提供實務上之建議。

Managers primarily focus on how to improve organizational performance. The research studies the influence of leadership performance, marketing orientation, knowledge management, organizational innovation on organizational performance for high-tech electrical industry in Taiwan. This study investigates 363 employees of high-tech electrical industry in Taiwan and adopts Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test our model. The results indicate that organizational innovation has a most significant direct effect on organizational performance, and leadership performance has a most significant total effect on organizational performance. Therefore, marketing orientation and knowledge management will affect organizational performance through organizational innovation. The study shows that it's necessary to adopt organizational innovation and leadership performance to enhance organizational performance of high-tech electrical industry in Taiwan. This study attempts to build high-tech electrical industry organization performance model to provide some practical suggestions.
