本研究為一描述性研究,應用Pender(1987)的健康促進模式(Health Promotion Model),為概念架構,主要目的在探討護生健康行為自我效能、健康促進生活方式之狀況及其關係。針對某護專五專三年級學生進行調查。採用之研究工具包括「基本資料表」、「健康行為自我效能」、「健康促進生活方式量表」。預試資料經信度及效度檢定。資料統計方法為次數分配、平均值、標準差描述性、皮爾森積差相關分析、逐步迴歸分析。結果發現:一、健康行為自我效能四個層面中,在營養自我效能得分最高,其次依序心理安適、運動、健康責任。二、健康促進生活方式六個層面中,在自我實現方面得分最高,其次依序為人際支持、營養、壓力處理、運動、健康責任。三、健康行為自我效能與健康促進生活方式呈顯著正相關。四、健康行為自我效能為護生健康促進生活方式之最佳預測因子,共解釋行為變異量的52.3%。 根據據本研究結果可作為學校健康促進活動之研擬及社區衛生護理課程設計之參考。
The purpose of this descriptive study was to investigate the demographic variables, self-efficacy, and health-promoting lifestyles among the nursing students. Pender's (1987) Health Promotion Model was used as the conceptual framework in the study. Ninety-three nursing students of the third year of the five year program were purposely selected from a nursing institute. Two instruments were applied to data collection such as self-rated abilities for health practices scale and health-promoting lifestyles profiles. Cronbach's Alpha and content validity were conducted to assess the reliabilities and validates of scale. The data was analyzed by using the frequency, mean, Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise regression. The results of the study were as the following: (1).The 4 dimensions of self-rated abilities for health practices scale, from the highest to lowest score were nutrition, psychological well-being, exercise, and responsible health practice. (2).The 6 dimensions of health-promoting lifestyle profile, front the highest to lowest score were self actualization, interpersonal support, nutrition, exercise, and health responsibility. (3).Self-efficacy was positively related to health-promoting lifestyles. (4).Self- efficacy was significant predictor of health-promoting lifestyles, which explain 52.3% of variance. The findings of this study can he applied to plan school's health-promoting activities and design of community health nursing courses.
