Food is the basic need of man. There is no need to emphasize how important food safety is to people. However, serious food safety risk incidents, which are yearly exposed since 2008, have become more widespread no matter what in range and degree. And because of this, it also point out the difficulty to the control of Taiwan food safety. Therefore, except for the three-level quality management system which was formulated in the process of enacting Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation since 2013, there is also enacted the regulations of forcing corporation to edit corporate social responsibility (CSR) report. Looking forward to using corporate self-regulation and Public Private Partnerships (PPP) to promote food safety and public health. For the purpose, this article is going to make a brief introduction and explain the operation of related regulations.
