好主管的首要任務－給自己和護理師幸福感

護理工作的壓力大、責任重，護理主管的壓力更大、責任更重，所以好的主管首要任務就是要能給自己和護理師幸福感。幸福感是個人對目前自我、工作與生活的滿意度和滿足感之主觀感受，滿意度越高幸福感就越好。如何給自己和護理師幸福感呢？首先要給自己讚美，並進而讚美他人；不要否定自己，要與自己對話，反思做不好的地方，並鼓勵自己，告訴自己「我很棒！」，同時也告訴他人「他很棒！」；記得時時刻刻「感恩」、「祝福」自己與他人，並從周遭感受到「感動」；不要為小事操心、不要斤斤計較；學會「認輸」，接受自己的不足、更謙卑的學習，並期許自己，實踐後肯定自己。培養自己和護理師時時展現微笑、適應、理解、包容、欣賞、謙讓、善良和感恩的行為，你就是一位好的護理主管。
