摘要

皮膚搔癢一直是尿毒症病人的夢靨，搔癢是一種主觀感受，很容易被醫護人員忽視，病人長期深受搔癢困擾，不僅影響社交活動，並且影響生活品質。有鑑於此，如何正確執行臨床的搔癢評估及處置，是非常重要的，也唯有提升醫護人員對搔癢的症狀及機轉完整的認知，才能給予適當的處置，進而及早緩解因搔癢所造成病人身、心、社會適應的不適。期望藉由本文收集搔癢相關的致病機轉、評估方式及臨床處置，讓最新的資訊與實證經驗助於醫護人員臨床運用，共同為提升尿毒症病人的生活品質而努力。

Skin pruritus is an inevitable nightmare for many uremic patients, as it is subjectively felt and easily overlooked by medical staff. For long-term sufferers, the itching not only affects social activities, but also the quality of life. Therefore, how to properly perform the clinical assessment and management of skin pruritus is very important. Only by improving the medical staff's awareness of the symptoms and mechanism can appropriate treatment be provided early to relieve the patient's physical, mental and social discomfort caused by skin pruritus. It is hoped that by collecting the itching-related pathogenesis, evaluation methods and clinical treatments in this article, the latest information and empirical experience will be helpful to the clinical application of medical staff, and work together to improve the quality of life of uremic patients.
