一位罹患格林巴瑞氏症候群新住民婦女的護理經驗
The Nursing Experience of A New Immigrant Woman Suffering from the Guillain-Barre Syndrome
摘要
本文描述一位33歲新住民婦女罹患格林巴瑞氏症候群入住加護病房之護理經驗。個案因肌肉功能改變，產生身體活動障礙，失去對自我的控制感，也因語言文字的差異，對疾病及自我照護方式產生疑問。護理期間為2016年03月29日至04月05日，筆者運用身體評估、Gordon十一項健康功能評估完成資料彙整，確立個案有身體活動功能障礙、無力感、知識缺失等健康問題。照護期間，筆者協同復健師及圖表，讓個案了解復健的方式，以增進身體活動功能；運用同理心接受個案面對罹患疾病之負向情緒，邀請配偶及女兒一同參與復健過程，透過視訊系統與原生家庭的聯繫，強化個案的情感支持，並與牧靈人員合作，加強靈性關懷。期望藉此護理經驗提供臨床照護之參考。

This report describes the nursing care experience of a 33-year-old new immigrant woman suffering from the Guillain-Barre Syndrome in the intensive care unit. The patient was experiencing physical activity disorders and loss of self-control caused by muscle dysfunction. In addition, due to the language differences, the patient had doubts about the disease and the self-care methods. The nursing care period was from March 29 to April 05, 2016. The author collected information using physical assessment and applied Gordon's 11 Functional Health Patterns to evaluate the patient and identified the following care problems with the patient: impaired physical mobility, powerlessness, and lack of knowledge. During the period of care, the author cooperated with the physical therapist, used charts to make patient understand how rehabilitation worked to improve physical function. Understanding the negative emotions of the patient, invited her spouse and daughter to participate in the rehabilitation process through the video conference system for added emotional support. Moreover, the author also cooperated with the pastoral staff to strengthen spiritual care for the patient. The author would like to share the care experience to provide reference for clinical care.
