摘要

本文旨在統整與高爾夫推桿表現有關的心生理和心理特質之相關研究，在心生理特質上包含心跳、呼吸、靜眼時刻與腦波。在心理特質上則包含狀態焦慮、意象、自我對話與表現前例行動作。本篇論述這些心生理和心理特質與推桿表現間可能存在的注意力機轉，建議訓練上須整合心生理和心理與技戰術全盤考量，輔以神經回饋訓練，加上心理諮詢師的輔導，使推桿表現能更加成熟穩定。唯技能水準與個體差異性可能是目前應用的主要限制。

This review summarized research related to psychophysiological and psychological characteristics in golf putting. Psychophysiological characteristics included heart rate, breath, quite eye period, and EEG. Psychological characteristics were state anxiety, imagery, self-talk, and pre-performance routine. As attention may be the core construct that can serve to integrate the aforementioned psychophysiological and psychological characteristics, it is recommended that training programs targeted in the enhancement of golfers' attention ability need to integrate psychophyiological and psychological characteristics and tactics with neurofeedback and psychological counsultants. Although skill levels and individual differences may be major limitations for application at present, the integration of both psychophysiological and psychological approaches will inevitably bring putting performance up to a more mature and stable level.
