高齡者休閒涉入、社會支持、心流體驗與生活品質關係之研究

摘要

目的：在探討高齡者休閒涉入、社會支持、心流體驗與生活品質之間的影響關係。方法：以台南市55歲以上之高齡者為研究對象，採立意取樣設計，發出400份問卷，回收有效問卷共372份，有效問卷回收率93%。回收資料經描述性統計與Lisrel結構方程模式分析。結果：一、休閒涉入對社會支持與心流體驗有直接影響之效果；二、社會支持對心流體驗有直接影響之效果；三、心流體驗對生活品質有直接影響之效果；四、休閒涉入與社會支持經由心流體驗對生活品質產生間接影響之效果。此結果說明了休閒涉入與社會支持對高齡者的生活品質並無直接影響之關係。結論：希望透過此研究結果以提供未來相關研究或在高齡者休閒運動規劃實務上作為參考。

Purpose: the main purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of older adult's leisure involvement, social support, flow experience and life quality on each other. Methods: the participants were older adult who over 55 old in Tainan City, purposive sampling was conducted in this study. Four hundred survey forms were distributed to collect data, and 372 valid surveys were returned for a 93% response rate. Descriptive statistics and structure equation modeling (Lisrel) was used for data analyzing. Results: 1. The results of this study showed that leisure involvement influenced directly to social support and flow experience; 2. Social support influenced directly to social support and flow experience; 3. Flow experience influenced directly to life quality; 4. Leisure involvement and social support influenced indirectly to life quality through flow experience. The results demonstrated that leisure involvement and social support could not influenced directed to life quality. Conclusion: hope to through this study results to provide reference materials for future researches and leisure-related programs designing.
