內部行銷與情緒智力對員工績效之影響

The Influences of Internal Marketing and Emotional Intelligence on Employee' Performance

摘要


學者分別從企業內部行銷或員工情緒智力的觀點探討其對員工工作績效的影響,對經理人而言,甄選時要求應徵者的情緒智力水準可能面臨招募不足的問題,是否可用內部行銷來替代對員工的情緒智力要求成為決策難題,本研究調查TFT-LCD產業的工程師後發現內部行銷及情緒智力對員工的工作滿足、工作投入及工作績效皆有正向影響,其中內部行銷與情緒智力對員工績效的總影響效果接近,但內部行銷對員工的工作滿足影響較強,相對的,情緒智力對員工的工作投入影響較強。

並列摘要


The scholars study the employees' performance from the both views of internal marketing and emotional intelligence separately. However, decision making is difficult. The research study the engineers of TFT-LCD industry. Both internal marketing and emotional intelligence influence on employees' job satisfaction, job involvement, job performance positivitly. The total effects of internal marketing and emotional intelligence influence on employees' performance are similar. However, the effects of internal marketing on job satisfaction are higher than emotional intelligence, on the contrary, the effects of emotional intelligence on job involvement are higher than internal marketing.
