肺腺癌患者化療副作用之中醫治療

A Case Report of Chinese Medical Treatment on Side Effects of Chemotherapy for Lung Adenocarcinoma

摘要

本病例為一80歲的女性患者，肺腺癌第四期，經西醫先給予白金類化療藥物後出現嚴重的失眠、噁心嘔吐、倦怠便祕等副作用而中斷治療，後又給予標把藥物也因出現全身皮膚脫屑流血、甲溝炎等副作用過大而中止治療，最後因發現轉移至腦部又進行腦部的放射線治療後出現倦怠乏力、短氣等中氣虛弱症狀，後由中醫住院治療期間以香砂六君子湯合藿香正氣散等方以健脾益氣作為治則，住院治療14天後，患者倦怠乏力、噁心納差、短氣等症狀明顯改善，其生命跡象穩定，精神良好顯現在體質生活問卷（SF12）等問卷上，而另一方面又輔以經絡能量檢測儀（ARDK）較客觀角度來評估以中醫治療放化療後副作用的療效。

This case report is about a 80-year-old female, who had lung adenocarcinoma, stage IV. She had severe insomnia, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, and constipation after receiving the platinum based chemotherapy. She stopped the chemotherapy due to intolerance of side effects, and received target therapy, which brought her skin scaling, bleeding, and paronychia. She also received whole brain radiotherapy because of brain metastasis found. After treatment in the admission of Chinese medical ward for two weeks, her symptoms such as fatigue, nausea, poor appetite, and short of breath improved much. The principle of treatment is to nourish the spleen and supply the qi by Huoxiangzhengqi and Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction. Her vital sign was also stable. Her quality of life was also good by measurement of SF12 questionnaire. The clinical efficacy of Chinese medical treatment for side effects of chemotherapy or radiotherapy was also evaluated by autonomic reflective diagnostic system (ARDK).
