高精度立體地圖應用於山坡地調查以茄苳寮集水區為例

摘要


集水區調查為集水區治理規劃之首要基礎工作,以往多借助衛星影像或其他相關圖資,配合現地踏勘方式,建置集水區現地調查資料及成果。惟現有相關圖資因無法剝除地表植生及林木,以致於無法於現地調查前掌握集水區坡面及河道之可能致災區位,包括崩塌潛勢區、蝕溝、崩崖、崖錐堆積物、河床堆積物及道路分布等,使得調查工作涵蓋面不足,難以取得集水區須調查及治理區位。因此,本研究應用內政部全臺1m×1m的空載光達(LiDAR)資料製作高精度立體地圖,協助現地調查工作,使調查範圍及結果能夠充分反映集水區的實際需求。並以高精度立體地圖比對地調所判釋之順向坡滑動高潛勢圖及既有崩塌地圖資,成效良好。

The catchment survey is the primary basis for the planning of catchment areas. In the past with satellite imagery or other relevant capital, with the local way of surveying, the establishment of catchment area survey data and results. But the existing map can not be stripped of surface vegetation and trees, so that can not be investigated before the catchment of the catchment slope and the possible damage to the river area, including the collapse of potential areas, erosion ditch, cliff, cliff accumulation objects, river bed deposits and road distribution, making the investigation coverage is insufficient, it is difficult to obtain catchment area to be investigated and management location. Therefore, this study uses the LiDAR data of 1m cross 1m of the Ministry of the Taiwan to produce high-precision three-dimensional map (Red Map) to assist the local investigation work so that the survey scope and results can fully reflect the actual needs of catchment area. And with high-precision three-dimensional map than the geological survey by the interpretation of the forward slope sliding high potential map and the existing collapse map capital, with good results.
