大專女子舉重選手抓舉與挺舉提鈴期之動力學分析

A Kinetics Analysis of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk during the Pull Phase among College Women Weightlifters

摘要


目的:探討大專女子舉重選手,不同組別(前三名與非前三名)抓舉與挺舉提鈴期之最大肌力、3秒斜率及衝量與1秒斜率及衝量,進而找出女子舉重選手在抓、挺舉上搏提鈴期的最佳提鈴方式。方法:使用張力計連接電腦,收取自願參與本實驗之96學年大專盃舉重錦標賽,不分級別獲得前三名與非前三名之18名女子舉重選手,槓鈴拉至臏骨下緣處(提鈴期)維持0~3秒,測試過程中可允許受測者休息(最多兩分鐘),抓舉與挺舉交叉各測三次。結果:抓舉和挺舉的1秒斜率(抓舉:前三VS前三,1.0 ± 0.3 vs 0.9 ± 0.2,挺舉:前三VS非前三,1.1 ± 0.2 vs 0.9 ± 0.2)與3秒衝量(抓舉:前三VS非前三,0.7 ± 0.1 vs 0.6 ± 0.3,挺舉:前三0.7 ± 0.1VS非前三,0.7 ± 0.1 vs 2.8 ± 0.8)達P < .05顯著性差異。槓鈴曲線力量表現方面,能在1秒內瞬間將力量爆發出來的選手,在本賽事中均獲得前三名。結論:依研究結果推測,女子舉重選手,提鈴期最大發力率大概都發生在1秒左右,瞬間能將力量爆發出來的選手,比賽成績會較佳。

Purpose: To investigate the maximum strength, 3-second slope and impulse, and 1-second slope and impulse of the snatch and clean & jerk during the pull phase in different groups of college women weightlifters (grouping: the top three winners and non-top three) to find out the best way to pull the weight for women weightlifters. Methods: Eighteen women weightlifters voluntarily participated in this study. They were contestants (the top three winners and non-top three from different weight classes) of the College Cup Women’s Weightlifting Championship in 1998. A tensionmeter was attached to a computer for collecting data from the subjects who pulled the barbell up to the lower edge of the patella (the pull phase) and held for 0-3 seconds. Subjects were allowed to rest (two minutes top) during the test. The snatch and clean & jerk were tested rotatingly three times each. Results: Both the snatch and clean & jerk revealed significant differences (P < .05) in the 1-second slope (the snatch: top three winners vs. non-top three, 1.0 ± 0.3 vs. 0.9 ± 0.2; the clean & jerk: top three winners vs. non-top three, 1.1 ± 0.2 vs. 0.9 ± 0.2) and in the 3-second slope (the snatch: top three vs. non-top three, 0.7 ± 0.1 vs. 0.6 ± 0.3; the clean & jerk: top three vs. non-top three, 0.7 ± 0.1 vs. 2.8 ± 0.8). In terms of the strength curve of barbell, those who were able to instantly burst out force within one second were all those top three winners in the above-mentioned championship. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, we presume that the maximum rate of force for the women lifters occurs approximately in the first second of the pull phase. Those who can give an explosive force instantaneously would have better results.
