潛在大規模崩塌區之地貌圖幅分析

Geomorphological Mapping Analysis for a Potential Large-Scale Landslide Area

摘要


地貌圖幅的呈現,可以表達出集水區內之基本的地質環境特性,也可以做為災害防救規劃之重要圖資。針對特定潛在性大規模崩塌地區繪製地貌圖,可以更細緻的呈現或詮釋當地的地質環境狀況,這些內容包括了:集水區內地貌表徵的變化、崩塌區域的界定、地質材料的分布、地質構造的延伸、災害可能之影響範圍、保全聚落、公共建物與道路等圖資,這個圖幅的資訊也可以提高防災地圖之製作效率。本文嘗試以義大利國科會地質水文防治研究所於2007年建立之地貌圖幅為例,來敘明圖幅內所表達之各項地質環境之資訊,並選定島內兩處具有可能發生潛在大規模崩塌災害之集水區來進行實例的探討,以了解位於此兩處潛在性大規模崩塌之屏東大武聚落與嘉義文峰聚落,其相對之坡體的安全特性。

A geomorphological map, support important information for disaster prevention and reduction plan, can fully illustrate the geological and environmental characteristics. The geomorphological map of large-scale landslide area also illustrates the detail information comprised geological condition, relief feature, landslide affected areas, the distribution of geological material and structure, disaster influence areas, element at risk, infrastructures, and the road. It can improve the production of disaster prevention map efficiency. This paper provides a geomorphological mapping method based on the geomorphological map produced from IRPI, CNR in Italy in 2007. There are two case study area with large-scale landslide disaster prone area will be selected to delineate geomorphological maps. Furthermore, characteristics of slope stability of two tribes, Dazhu Tribe, Wutai Township, Pingtung County and Wunfong Tribe, Zhuqi Township, Chiayi County will be understanding.
