In our traditional society, education has always been considered a sacred industry, teachers have high social status, and respected by the people. But in recent years, there are new requirements and restrictions in the face of a series of education reform policy, society and parents have new advice and opinion to the teachers, induce teachers' work pressure increase. In addition, the teacher still have to face many challenges in teaching ,relationship between parents and teachers, administrative work, and professional performance, so these situation may cause many positive or negative emotional experience.This research was by interview four teachers to discuss the teaching emotional experiences. We used hermeneutic phenomenological method to interview. We wanted to realize the emotional experience of teachers, and wanted to understand the real reason behind the emotion. From the interviews with teachers, the teachers shared their emotional experience. They always said: We are not saints, we also have our own emotion. Students and parents are source of teacher's happiness, but also are the source of teacher's annoyance; There is really lonely without companion; Too many roles overlap, so teachers feel conflict and hopeless; If we can confirm in our specialty and positive thinking ,we will feel be respected in our work.The teacher's emotional experience affect students' learning performance and personality development, but also affect the teachers themselves. Therefore, teachers must maintain mental health and enthusiasm to inspire their own mental strength.
