摘要


交叉健身運動是在1995年創立,是一項高強度高間歇的運動。交叉健身運動融和了田徑、體操、舉重、阻力運動和游泳等多項的訓練元素,混合多種變化及動作。交叉健身運動的兩個主要活動分別是高強度間歇運動以及循環式阻力運動,運動強度符合美國運動醫學會所建議的訓練處方強度,且具備有良好的體適能訓練功能。此外,從事交叉健身運動和其他運動訓練相比,並不會造成更多運動傷害的發生。
