運動員之蛋白質增補劑-雞精

Chicken Essence of Protein Ergogenic Aid for Athletes

摘要


雞精是傳統上給予病人、懷孕及泌乳婦女飲用的營養補給品,亦爲運動員最常使用的蛋白質補充劑,其主要成份包含蛋白質、胺基酸及胜肽類,其中胜肽類以carnosine及anserine爲最具功能性的雙胜肽,具有維持體酸鹼平衡、抗氧化及調節免疫反應等作用。此外,一般胺基酸於肌肉建構、延緩及消除疲勞及調節免疫功能方面均有正面的影響,因此補充雞精應可作爲未來營養增補劑研究探討之方向。

Chicken essence is traditionally consumed by the ill persons, pregnant and lactating women. It is also the most popular protein supplementation used by athletes. It contains protein, amino acids and peptides. Carnosine and anserine are functional dipeptides that maintain the acid-base balance, anti-oxidation and immunity. Besides, amino acids have positive effects of muscle building, anti-fatigue and immune modulation. Chicken essence may act as an ergogenic aid for sport nutrition research.
