摘要

台灣是全球資訊產業的製造基地，代工業務主要着眼於成本的競爭。隨著中國大陸世界工廠崛起，及現在中國大陸也攻入台灣引以為傲的代工市場時，台灣代工毛利不斷下探，且近二、三年來由於物價、人工、原物料價格及外匯等持續不斷上漲，中心製造廠生產成本亦逐年提高，更是讓台灣廠無法負擔。本研究以全面品質管理與及時生產為理論基礎，探討生產網路攝影機的個案公司如何運用精實生產方法，提高生產力、去除浪費、降低成本、提高作業效率及品質，以及提升公司對外競爭力，並將目前個案公司在生產製造流程、包裝流程上所造成的浪費提出改善對策，以去除一切不必要之浪費情形。

Taiwan is a fundamental manufacture base of the Global IT Technology. The focus of the OEM business is mainly relied on its cost effectiveness. Along with the rise of the China manufacturing business, it makes a great impact towards Taiwan OEM business. The profit of Taiwan OEM business has been dropped continuously since the competition is growing. Especially within these recent years, the commodity price, labor cost, material cost and foreign exchange rate are all constantly rising. Therefore, the manufacture cost is getting too high for Taiwan business to afford. In this study will explore for a specific company which produce IP camera base on TQM and JIT conception and use the lean production method to increase productivity, reduce waste, cost down, improve efficiency and quality, moreover, to raise its competitiveness. It will also need to bring up a strategy to reduce any waste that from the manufacturing and packing process, and cut down any unnecessary expensiveness.
