摘要

過去服用中藥煎劑需要花費大量時煎熬煮，帶給失智症照護者極大的負擔，隨著新的煎煮與封裝技術出現，中藥複方即飲包已經進步到在藥局煎煮後直接封裝，在家打開加熱即可直接飲用。本篇論文中我們將介紹失智症治療常使用的中藥即飲包，包含智愛湯、寧心安神飲與抗憂解鬱茶。智愛湯是失智症專屬的方劑，能幫助各階段失智患者提升認知功能並降低異常行為症狀；抗憂解鬱茶則適合中度失智患者的焦慮、妄想、黃昏症候群等症狀；寧心安神飲用於重度失智患者憂鬱不安、心神不寧等症狀。

In the past, taking traditional Chinese medicine decoction took a long time to cook, bringing great burden to dementia caregivers. With the advent of new decoction and packaging technologies, traditional Chinese medicine ready-to-drink packs can be packaged directly after decocting at the pharmacy, and the patient is ready to drink by turning on the heat. In this paper, we will introduce Chinese herbal decoction commonly used in the treatment of dementia, including Zhi-Ai-Tang, Ning-Xin-An-Shen-Yin, and Kang-You-Jie-Yu-Cha. Zhi-Ai-Tang can help people with dementia at various stages to improve cognitive function and reduce abnormal behavior symptoms; Kang-You-Jie-Yu-Cha is suitable for moderate dementia patients with anxiety, paranoia, dusk syndrome and other symptoms; Ning-Xin -An-Shen-Yin Drink for melancholy and restless in patients with severe dementia.
