摘要

台北市衛生局為了加強失智症整合照護，由台北市立聯合醫院召集各醫療公會，舉辦台北市失智症照護團隊培訓，現場也提供失智症個案供與會醫療人員討論。本文將藉由探討這次的研究案例，討論中醫在失智照護可提供的服務。失智照護需要多元團隊齊心協力，才能有更好的品質與成果，也希望中醫能夠有更多的參與。

To strengthen the integration and care of dementia, the Taipei Municipal Health Bureau convened various medical associations to organize team training. Medical staff discuss cases of dementia and make treatment recommendations. This article will explore the case of dementia and review the services of traditional Chinese medicine in the care of dementia. Multiple teams could provide better quality and efficiency of dementia care, and traditional Chinese medicine should be more actively involved in treatment.
