宜蘭縣大同鄉寒溪村番社坑溪在98年芭瑪風災期間,上游坡地新生崩塌產生大量土石下移,既有防砂壩發揮功能儲留大量砂石於上游,惟間接形成河床抬昇及擴床效應,沿線部分路段因土砂淤積致交通中斷,同時危及附近房舍安全。為適度調節輸砂狀況以拋物線型降低防砂壩溢口高程,並輔以切口方式引導河道流心,透過觀察及實地量測壩體改善前、後河床坡度變化、河床粒徑、河床質變動狀況、輸砂歷程對溢口抗蝕及切口處下游安全設施沖刷狀況,對照改善前後歷經數次颱風及豪大雨後溪床變動情形,整體評估輸砂狀況及改善程度。觀查結果防砂壩溢口以拋物線型降低高程及配合切口,對於該段河道流心控制、河床坡度平衡及河道輸砂情形,目前已獲得適度改善。 關鍵詞:防砂壩;輸砂;切口壩

English Abstract

In 2009 the Pan-she-keng Creek in Yilan County during Typhoon Pama experienced a large sediment movement in the creek. The sediment was from a new landslide at the upstream watershed. The check dam actually provided storage function for the sediments. However, the riverbed was uplifted and expanded. The road along the creek was destroyed by the overflow debris and the debris also endangered the nearby residents. To properly adjusting the sediment transport condition of the creek, we proposed a treatment by reducing the level of the overflow opening of the check dam using a parabola profile and also lowered the slit opening to guide the centerline of the creek flow. This study uses field measurements and observation to discuss the change in riverbed slope, bedload size, and creek morphology before and after the treatment. We discuss the influence of the treatment by lowering the overflow and slit opening of the check dam on the counter-erosion structures downstream, and tried to understand the morphology of the creek bed after a couple of typhoons and intensive rainfalls to evaluate the overall effectiveness of the treatment. For current situation of the creek, the sediment transport condition has been improved. Key Words: check dam;sediment transport;slit dam.
