Chinese Abstract

以NNO-Schiff base(L2-H,L3-H)與聯吡啶共配位基合成一系列的二價銅錯合物[Cu(L)B](ClO4)]和(L= L2-H,L3-H;B= bpy (a);phen (b);dpq (c);dppz (d);dppn (e))。利用X-ray單晶繞射儀、元素分析儀鑑定錯合物之結構。以紫外光(UVA, 365 nm)與藍光(430 nm)為燈源,探討錯合物之DNA光裂解活性及其反應機制,並進一步探討2c-2e與3e對於L929(小鼠纖維母細胞株, Mus musculus fibroblast cell line)、SCC15(鱗狀上皮細胞癌, Squamous Cell Carcinoma)和HeLa(子宮頸癌細胞)之細胞實驗,了解其對細胞所造成的影響,期許在生物醫藥方面能具備應用之潛力。

English Abstract

A series of copper(II) complexes [Cu(L)B](ClO4)] (L= L2-H,L3-H;B= bpy (a);phen (b);dpq (c);dppz (d);dppn (e)) supported on NNO-Schiff base ligands (L2-H,L3-H) have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystal structural and elemental analysis. Their activity on photocleavage of DNA and the mechanism for the photocleavage of DNA are also investigated under UVA light (365 nm) and blue light (430 nm). MTT assay experiments of 2c-2e and 3e on L929, SCC15 and HeLa cell reveal that 2e and 3e have much higher photocytotoxicity under 430 nm light than their cytotoxicity in the dark with the ratio of 100 and 200, respectively.
