感為預測某些工作表現的重要因子之一,且發現員工的正、負向情感特質會影響員工創造力之行為。本研究延伸過去的研究,探討員工正、負向情感特質與創造力行為間的關係,並且探討創造力需求、領導者情緒智商及團隊信任等干擾效應研究。以跨層次線性模式法(hierarchical linear modeling, HLM)來檢視個人及團隊層次的干擾效果。本研究以13家不同公司的111位員工為樣本,研究結果發現,負向情感特質與創造力間有顯著負向關係,且當創造力需求或領導者情緒智商越低時,正向情感特質與創造力之間的正向關係會越強;當領導者情緒智商或團隊信任越高時,負向情感特質與創造力之間的反向關係會越強。
Past research suggest that affect is an important antecedent of some job behaviors. This study extends previous research by investigating the relationships between positive & negative affectivity and creativity, and using hierarchical linear modeling (HLM) to examine the moderating high and low level variable. Result from 111 employees of 13 films showed that negative affectivity was significantly negatively related to employee creative behavior. In addition, when the creative requirement and leader emotional intelligence was low, the positive relationship between positive affectivity and employee creative behaviors became stronger; when leader emotional intelligence and trust in organization was high, the negative relationship between negative affectivity and employee creative behaviors became stronger.
