專利分析應用於探究產業技術機制發展之研究 -以LED光源之LCD背光模組散熱技術為例

摘要


背光模組主宰顯示器畫質、耗電量、壽命與成本等多種重要關鍵因素,而背光源則是背光模組中的關鍵零組件。由於目前背光源主流使用的是有環保顧慮之冷陰極管(CCFL),因此有必要使發光二極體(LED)作為未來主流的背光源,它有優越的色彩表現,但相對的也必須付出相當的代價,包括需要解決高輝度所產生的散熱問題,而溫度過高也會影響LED壽命。因此,本文的研究目的在於解決大尺寸液晶顯示器(LCD TV)背光模組利用LED光源所產生散熱效應的問題。本文以WIPS軟體作為研究工具,針對美國專利商標局的資料庫,檢索範圍之關鍵字有LCD,LED,Heat Transfer,Backlight等。應用專利分析方法探究LCD TV背光模組散熱機構之技術機制發展的研究結果為: 一、LCD TV背光模組散熱機構在專利技術方面重視Heat Pipe、Cooling Fan、Heat Skin、PCB、Thermal Conductive Sheet與Lens。在專利功效方面重視元件特性、製程容易度、可靠度與成本。 二、LCD TV背光模組散熱機構之專利技術目前正處於技術生命週期的成長期。 三、各競爭廠商如何做好LCD背光模組散熱機構之技術將是持續研發的重點。 利用專利技術面與經營面之分析比較建構出背光模組散熱機構之技術在顯示器產業發展方向,最後依分析結果針對背光模組關鍵散熱機構之技術提出具體建議,希望藉由本研究對背光模組散熱機構之技術在顯示器產業的應用具有實體的貢獻。

The group of mould in a backlight decides the display and draws such many kinds of important key factors as quality, power consumption, life-span and cost,etc., the backlight source is the key spare part in the group of mould in a backlight. Because the backlight source mainstream is used at present manage by the cold cathode with environmental protection worry , Necessary to make LED As the backlight source of the future mainstream, it has superior color to behave, but the relative one must pay the suitable cost, including need to solve the heat dissipation problem that high brightness produces, and it will influence LED life-span that temperature is too high. So, the research purpose of this text lies in solving the large size liquid crystal display. The group of mould in a backlight utilizes the question of the scattered heat effect that LED light source produce. This article uses the WIPS software for the studying tool and in view of the Unite State Patent and Trademark Office`s date bass ,the keywords of searching are included〝LCD,LED,Heat Transfer,Backlight〞and Patent Analysis to Investigate Mechanisms Development of Industry Technology for Example as the disappear thermal technology on a LCD backlight module by a Light Source of LED.The result of study is as follows: 1.In the technology of the LCD backlight thermal patent,these competitors forcus on Heat Pipe、Cooling Fan、Heat Skin、PCB、Thermal Conductive Sheet and Lens.In the effect aspect of the LCD backlight thermal patent,these competitors forcus on device characteristics、easy processing、cost and reliability 2.At present,the LCD backlight thermal patent technology is being the growing of technical life cycle 3.How does LCD backlight thermal technology been doing well by printing process will be the key points of research in continuously. Utilize patent technological side and analysis which manages the surface to relatively build and construct out the group's heat dissipation technology of mould in a backlight in industry's developing direction of the display, propose the concrete suggestion to the group's key heat dissipation technology of mould in a backlight in accordance with the analysis result finally, hope to have contribution of the entity to the application in the industry of the display of group's heat dissipation technology of mould in a backlight with this research.
