利用工業軋輪機摻合二氧化鈦/聚氨基甲酸酯

摘要


本研究探討利用工業軋輪機摻合二氧化鈦/聚氨基甲酸酯製備複合材料。取市售三種不同二氧化鈦(SIGMA-金紅石、SIGMA-銳鈦礦、Degussa P-25)分別與聚氨基甲酸酯摻合,改變軋輪機溫度、軋輪機速度、二氧化鈦添加量等參數,再置入UV chamber 300 h。結果發現二氧化鈦添加量是影響色差最大的因素。 材料結構鑑定方面,使用傅立葉紅外光譜儀(FT-IR)、熱重分析儀(TGA)、拉力機、場發射掃瞄式電子顯微鏡(FE-SEM)、分光儀,鑑定材料的型態與特性、熱性質、機械性質、色差,在本論文中皆有一系列的探討。

This study discussed the preparation and property study of TiO2/PU composite by commercial roller blending. Three kinds of TiO2 were blended with PU. The TiO2/PU composite was prepared with varing parameters, such as roller temperature, roller rate, and TiO2 content. After ultraviolet exposure 300 h, we found TiO2 content was the most important control parameter for the preparation of TiO2/PU composite. The characteristics of the TiO2/PU composite were evaluated by Fourier Transform Infrared spectra (FT-IR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), tensile strength testing mechine, field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), and chromatic aberration meter. The morphology, thermal, mechanical properties, and color difference of TiO2/PU composite were studied.
