本研究旨在探討我國高職服裝科專業教師工作滿意度現況及其在個人背景變項、學校環境變項方面,對工作滿意度的影響與差異情形,期能將研究結果,提供教育主管機關、學校行政單位及提昇高職服裝科專業教師工作滿意度的參考。 透過文獻探討,瞭解滿意度意涵及影響因素的相關理論。本研究編製「高職服裝科專業教師工作滿意度之調查問卷」,將全國分成北、中、南三區,共計十三所設有服裝科的高職學校,以分層隨機抽樣方式,對68位高職服裝科專業教師實施調查。所得資料以平均數、百分比、標準差、t檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行考驗,獲得以下結論: 一、高職服裝科專業教師整體工作滿意度感受傾向中高程度。 二、高職服裝科專業教師在「人際關係」、「教學效能」滿意感 受程度最高。 三、高職服裝科專業教師在「工作環境」、「行政支援」滿意感 受程度最低。 四、不同個人背景變項服裝科專業教師,工作滿意感受程度 不同。 五、不同學校環境變項服裝科專業教師,工作滿意感受程度 不同。 六、不同個人背景變項之服裝科專業教師,工作滿意度感受 差異程度不同。 七、不同學校環境變項之服裝科專業教師,工作滿意度感受 差異程度不同。
The purpose of this study is to discuss current work satisfaction of professional clothing teachers at department of costume of vocational high schools and their individual variables, school environment variables and the influences and differences on the work satisfaction in the hope to have the results serve as reference of competent authorities of education and school administrative units to improve work satisfaction of professional teachers at department of costume of vocational high schools. With citation discussion, theories regarding satisfaction content and influential factors are understood. Survey Questionnaire on Work Satisfaction of Professional Teachers at Department of Costume of Vocational High Schools is prepared to conduct survey on 68 teachers from 13 vocational schools with department of costume in northern, central and southern Taiwan in stratified sampling. Test on the data is made with average, percentage, standard deviation, t Test, and one-way ANOVA, etc to obtain the following conclusions: 1. Overall work satisfaction of professional teachers at department of costume of vocational high schools tends be above the average. 2. Professional teachers at department of costume of vocational high schools are mostly satisfied in interpersonal relationship and teaching performance. 3. Professional teachers at department of costume of vocational high schools have lowest satisfaction in working environment and administrative support. 4. Professional teachers with different individual variables have different levels of work satisfaction. 5. Professional teachers with different school environment variables have different levels of work satisfaction. 6. Professional teachers with different school environment variables have different experiences in work satisfaction. 7. Professional teachers with different individual variables have different experiences in work satisfaction.
