資訊系統專案開發團隊涉及到許多技術性、專業性或人為等相關問題,過去團隊一系列的學術研究學者大多針對團隊所產生的衝突、效能、價值觀及團隊多元化、團隊內的互動關係、信任感與團隊的運作等與績效表現有密不可分的關係等議題進行探討。但在眾多的文獻裏,關於相依性對於團隊成員關係品質及對於個人學習及創造結果的研究卻甚少,因此本研究針對相依性、團隊成員關係品質及個人學習和創造結果的關係進行探討。 本研究以資訊系統專案團隊成員為抽樣對象,回收有效問卷240份。本研究之資料分析方法包括敘述統計分析、信度分析、效度分析及部分最小平分法。 本研究的成果可以做為資訊系統專案經理瞭解相依性對於團隊成員關係品質及團隊成員關係品質對於成員個人學習和創造結果的參考。後續的學者亦可針對影響創造結果及個人學習的因素繼續加以探討,以使此方面的研究更臻完善。
Information system development teams encounter many technical and professional issues. Most literature concerned with information system development teams has focused on performance-related issues, such as team conflict and values, as well as the relationships between team members and trust, team variety and operation etc.. In response to a gap in current literature, this study investigates the relationships among interdependences, team members’ relationship quality, personal learning and creative outcome. This study collected 240 valid questionnaires from members of information system project teams. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, validity analysis and the Partial Least Squares method. Study or analytical results elucidate the relationships among interdependences, team members’ relationship quality, personal learning and creative outcome.
