地方農業加工產業行銷策略之研究-以台南市東山區龍眼加工產業為例

摘要


中文摘要 在台灣各個農村有著許多具有濃厚地方特色及文化的特產,這些特產原本在地方上沈寂地默默經營,然而外在世界的改變正猛烈衝擊著平靜的農村,尤其是整體經濟結構的改變,在農村中形成一種推拉作用,造成人口外流、人力老化、產業無法傳承等等的危機與困境。因全球化的效應,地方具特色的產業及文化反而成為一種無可限量的商機,然而要如何將危機轉化成商機,行銷策略成為了成功的關鍵,如何將地方產業與文化相結合成為獨一無二的地方文化產業,行銷策略應以這樣的定位作為發展核心,以達成產業永續經營的目的。 本研究結果發現地方產業的推動除了地方政府的帶領與引導之外,居民的參與與支持才是最大的力量,而會影響居民參與和支持的因素最終還是要歸因於轉型的難易度及實質的經濟效益,這些因素又與人口外流、人力老化有很大的關連,地方上低度經濟發展而缺乏工作機會導致人口流失,也間接造成人口老化,人口流失、人口老化又直接影響到地方及政府推動產業的轉型,因此如何留住年輕的人力,地方上產業的傳承及培養行銷的專業人才是地方政府所要解決的首要問題。

Abstract In Taiwan, each village has her own very unique character and culture. They are working well until the world storm comes. Especially, the entire economic structures of the village collapse, leading to population exodus, population aging, and culture inheritance. However, due to globalization, the very unique character and culture becomes business potential. Marketing strategies play an important role in realizing the potential. The findings of the present study reveal that the promotion of the culture is crucially dependent on the support and involvement of the village citizens, while the guide of the government is also important. In particular, the support and involvement of the village citizens rest on transformation of the culture and economic benefits, both of which and low economic development are critically related to population exodus and population aging. As such, the government should solve the above problems by keeping young generations, passing on experience of the culture, and cultivating marketing experts.
